Data Management


One of the core functionalities of BioRegistra is its ability to show you all the data that has been captured by you or your agent(s). This information is represented in the form of Reports, Analytics and our custom CRM module.

Searching and Viewing CRM information

To view the details of captured data using our CRM module, do the following:

  • On the Data Management Menu dropdown, click on CRM
  • Select the project whose details you want to view
  • Click the Run button to view the summary of captured records
  • You can use the filters to get specific results. You can search by the date of the capture, or a keyword that was used for that capture
  • To view more details about a particular record, click on the View Details button. This opens and shows the detailed textual and biometric information (fingerprint and picture), if the record has any.

Searching and Viewing Reports

You can also view detailed reports about your account or captured data. To view reports, do the following:

  • On the Data Management Menu dropdown, click on Reports
  • Select a particular report
  • You can also add a filter to limit the results you will like to see
  • Select the Report Output. Report Outputs are simply the columns you expect your report to have, this ensures that unwanted columns can be removed, leaving just the information you want to see
  • Click on RUN button to generate the report
  • You can also export the report if you will like to use your report output externally. To export your report, click on the Export Report button after you have run your report.

Searching and Viewing General Analytics

Sometimes, you just want to view a summary information about your account – number of captures, last sync time, the most active agent, etc. To view a summary of your account, do the following:

  • On the Data Management menu dropdown, click on Analytics
  • Your summary information will be displayed.

Deleting a Record

Deleting a record means removing a record from being part of your captured records. This can be done for a variety of reasons; data captured erroneously, user no longer needs data and doesn’t want any charge incurred due to that. To delete a record, click on the Action button on the CRM menu on the record and click on Delete Record. You will need to give a reason for deleting the record.

 


The BioRegistra portal is where the user, data and wallet information are controlled and managed from. You will be required to sign into your account to access the portal. Data is also captured on the web by agents or by assessing a public link.
