Only admins and users with the Agent role can sign into the capture clients to capture. Before your agents can sign into capture, you will need to crate them as users first. To sign into your account, you will need an email address and a password. This information will be sent as an email after the users are created. The agent or admin is forced to change the password on first login. Creators account will sign into the capture device using the email address and password used to create the account on the portal.
