During sign up, you are expected to provide the following information for an individual – First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address and a password. If it is a Corporate account, you are also required to provide a company name.
If you are unable to sign up, ensure you have done the following:
- You have selected a password that contains only alphanumerics (alphabets and numbers) and is at least 6 characters long
- You have ticked the Terms and Conditions checkbox
- You have ticked the “I’m not a robot” Captcha checkbox
- You are connected to the Internet
- Your email address is unique
