I have signed up but cannot sign into my account


If you were created as an Agent, please note that you will not be able to log into the Web portal, you can only log on to the Capture client (Windows or Android).

If you are a Reporter, User Manager, Support or Admin and you are unable to log in, check the error and retry.

If the error is that your email address cannot be found, this means the email address entered is not correct/does not exist. Double check your email address and correct. If you are still getting this error, contact your admin to confirm the email address used to create your account.

If the error is Wrong username or password, this means the password entered is wrong. Click on the Visible icon to double check the password. If you are sure the password is correct, you can attempt using the Forgot password functionality to get a new password. Also, if you just used the Forgot Password feature, ensure you are using the temporal password sent via email for your first email. You will be forced to change after signing in.

If the error received is Connection Error, then this is possibly an issue with your Internet. Kindly connect to a strong Internet and retry signing into your account.
